about us

At Philanthropy Architects, we believe that generosity extends far beyond traditional cash donations.
We help nonprofits unlock the full potential of their supporters by empowering donors to give in creative ways through their assets such as family-owned businesses, real estate, and land.
Our mission is to guide organizations in tapping into these powerful giving channels, enabling them to fund their missions and achieve long-term financial health.

Our Story

We saw a growing gap between donors’ desire for generosity and legacy limited by their experience of only writing checks.

We created Philanthropy Architects during the greatest transfer of wealth in history to help donors maximize available tax benefits while creating milestone gifts for organizations that mean the most to them.

Our Services

We help nonprofits and their donors unlock gifts of assets for greater impact and tax benefit.

Donor Services

We help donors unlock smarter, more impactful ways to give—beyond traditional cash donations.

By using appreciated assets such as real estate, business interests, or investments, you can often reduce or even eliminate long-term capital gains taxes while supporting the causes you care about most.

Whether your goals are immediate tax savings or long-term legacy planning, we make it simple to turn your assets into enduring good. Our team helps you understand your options so you can give with confidence and keep more of your resources working toward the causes you care about.

Nonprofit Services

Most nonprofits focus on cash donations and miss the far larger opportunities hidden in donors’ non-cash assets.

Philanthropy Architects helps organizations tap into the 91% of American wealth held in real estate, business interests, and investments—expanding your fundraising potential far beyond traditional campaigns.

Through coaching, donor education, and tailored implementation tools, we equip your team to engage asset-based gifts and create milestone contributions. Think of us as an extension of your staff, helping you unlock new sources of generosity and long-term growth.
